I do agree that NaturallySpeaking is far superior to Microsoft Speech.

A few of the many important differences are user selectable, subject oriented training texts that provide word by word feedback of recognition accuracy, capability of training and storing phrases in addition to individual words, vocabulary training and editing, and the availability of specialized vocabularies. Most importantly, the recognition accuracy of NaturallySpeaking is vastly superior to that of Microsoft Speech.

I cannot even install DNS 9.5 in Vista. I tried and it just hangs without installing.

Called DNS techsupport and after close to an hour, we both gave up. Tested the installation on XP SP2 and it installed in less than 4 minutes! Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated! Delete all install references to DNS.

Let us know if this works. Frank: My gratitude for having replied! This is all I have done to get the installation going: Deleted DNS from all temporary files; downloaded and opened Windows Install Cleanup, DNS was not there; Turned off Firewall; Turned off Anti-Virus; checked the Registry for any instances of DNS (Registry First Aid), RFA found none; tried to install it directly from the DNS website, failed; saved the DNS file to the Hard Disk and tried to install it, failed; and, finally, burned the file to DVD and tried to install it again, failed. All this failed! Still hoping for some help! Cheers, Gene 'Frank' wrote in message news:% >Eugene Pinero wrote: >>I cannot even install DNS 9.5 in Vista.
