On most consoles big hits are performed with the right analog stick, our beloved 'hit stick,' and floor recievers and backs with the flick of a thumb. 2) I don't know the answer to your question since I am not a keyboard player. 3) However, I am a long time Madden PC player and I would really recommend getting an appropriate gamepad. With Madden PC 07, you can actually use the original Xbox 360 or even the MadCatz Xbox 360 controller and play on the PC as you would on the Xbox 360. Using the appropriate drivers for the Xbox 360 gamepad, you even see the letters (i.e. 'B', 'X', 'Y', etc.) on the screen. Another option is getting the Logitech Rumblepad - which for the PC 07 edition is the least common denominator and works very nicely too.

My point: No reason to play with the keyboard - you will be much better off with a gampad and then can use the right analog stick to 'hitstick' resp.
