I am running.75 and was having the same issues. Then I did the following. - I went into Options, Memory, Set Encryption Mode to OFF. When it is set to on, it adds.rem at the end of all the files on your card so the slackersync app will not run with that attached. - In Options change Mass Storage Mode Support to ON - In Options Auto Enable Mass Storage mode to either On or Prompt.

- Open up Slacker, click on the Blackberry button to open up the Slacker Menu. Choose Reset Account. This will delete all the files associated with Slacker on your memory card. Close Slacker and reopen it. Select a station you want to cache. Once it's selected to cache. Plug you Storm into your PC.

Since its in Mass Storage mode, open up the windows explorer. Right click on the drive that is associated with your Media Card. You should see the Slacker logo and an menu item to sync Slakcer Stations. Hope this helps someone. Took me a while but it works GREAT!!!!

After trying everything a bunch of times and being frustrated, I finally got it to work by: 1) Account Reset 2) Opened slacker and logged in 3) Connected it to the computer to sync (even though I hadn't cached anything) - it worked 4) Cached my station and then hooked it back up to the computer to sync and it works now. Apparently I couldn't cache a station before it ran a first sync.Slacker gives a warning the using 'account reset' will delete your saved stations. Did it delete anything when you did it? Slacker gives a warning the using 'account reset' will delete your saved stations. Did it delete anything when you did it?Dont worry, go ahead and reset, the stations you have created are stored in your account online, that means they wont go anywhere, and next time you log in from your BB, they will be there again, I deleted slacker from my BB then downloaded again, reseted the stations and then i cached the stations, conected to the pc and voila!

Its working perfect! Thanks for everyone's help! I think I've found the solution to this, what they dont tell you is you have to acutally download the Slacker USB station refresher program from the slacker website that is the program that will read that.exe file that keeps getting the error, im surprised they expect you to know that with no forewarning: /The Slacker USB Station Refresher is not needed for Blackberry devices. It's only used for the Slacker G1 and G2 refreshing via ICS/Windows. The slacker.synclauncer.exe file is installed on your phone at the time that you install the Slacker Application on your phone. If your phone is setup in Mass Storage Mode, and Encryption is not on, then that is the only file you need to run from the phone itself. If Autorun is enabled on your computer, then when you connect to your USB via MSM mode, it will autorun the Sync Application on your phone.

If you do not get the autorun then you can run it manually from the removable drive. The most common reason that Caching doesn't work is that the phone is not set to use MSM mode, or it's not set to Prompt you to use MSM mode when you connect via USB to your computer. Best regards, Rome E. I have tried all of the solutions in this thread, but none have worked. I have mass storage enabled (prompt), and I close Slacker completely after I cache a station.

When I connect the BB to my PC, the autorun prompt comes up and I select the 'Sync Slacker' option. Once I select it, the screen on the PC flashes like it is opening the program, but nothing pops up.

The same thing happens if I select the.exe file from mass storage mode or right click the device icon in My Computer. Has anyone else had this issue? I'm desperate to start caching stations!
