Hello to all, I'm new to the list so forgive me if I'm missing something obvious. I installed Raging Guitars on my dual 2 gig G5, and the plug in loads fine, However, when I change from one preset to another it immediately crashes logic. When I run Raging guitars in standalone mode, I can run through all the presets with no problem whatsoever.

Any thoughts? Anyone experiencing anything similar? My setup/software config follows. Thanks to all in advance. Evoclogic Dual 2 gig g5 OSX 10.4.7 4 gigs Ram Logic 7.1.1 Raging Guitars 1.1.8.003 Motu 828mk2 Audio Interface Emagic AMT8 Midi interface. You're not alone in this.

I've been in contact with Big Fish Audio for 6 months, who've sent me emails acknowledging this problem. They said NI was reprogramming a new Kontakt player to address this issue and that it would be a free download in the NI site when finished. 'A few more weeks,' they kept saying. I emailed NI about it and said they had no knowledge of what Big Fish was talking about, and that it works just fine for them, when clearly we all have the same problem. NI stated that they do indeed have a new version of their Kontakt Player, but that it was Big Fish who would post it.

Program Monoalphabetic here. Big Fish has stopped has stopped replying to my emails to find out what's going on. Email Big Fish and NI now and often!!! To Big Fish Audio: 'Contrary to post above'??

I have been emailing you and getting your explanations for months. It's now November.

Let your customers know the facts and decide for themselves. Enclosed are the emails sent by Big Fish, then one added by NI Customer service. There are three noted. (Date: July 14) Hello Jeff, We received our Player 2 upgrade kit from Native Instruments yesterday. The programmers have begun working on reprogramming Raging Guitars for this new version of the Kontakt Player. The programmers cannot give a definitive time frame for when the upgrade will be available. At this point they are saying, it is going to be a few weeks, not months.

This upgrade once finished will be available for download, to all registered users free of charge directly from Native Instruments website. This is an issue that began with Logic 7.1.1, and we are trying to resolve it as quickly as possible. Best Regards, Customer Service Big Fish Audio 661-295-0761 661-295-8612 fax (Date: September 06).
